Baked Mozzarella Stuffed !!!

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef or pork
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup diced mozzarella cheese
2 cups marinara sauce
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
In a large bowl, mix together the ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Using your hands, form the mixture into balls, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
Press a small amount of diced mozzarella cheese into the center of each meatball.
