Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup whole milk
2 cups diced peaches, peeled and pitted

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, cold

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
