Ingredients:
1 pound beef round steak, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 large onions, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups uncooked egg noodles
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
Heat the oil in a massive skillet over medium-high heat. Add the red meat and cook dinner till browned on each sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Add the onions and garlic to the skillet and prepare dinner till the onions are caramelized, about 10-12 minutes.
Add the red meat broth, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper to the skillet and deliver to a boil.
Add the noodles to the skillet and stir to combine. Reduce the warmness to low and simmer, covered, for 10-12 minutes, or till the noodles are tender.
